Would you like to join a bible study group?

Which group best meets your need to know God more intimately and to enjoy fellowship with other seekers? God speaks to us through the study of His Word and the insights others bring to a group discussion, and through the prayer which forms part of every session.

There is space in a number of St. Mark’s bible study groups for new participants, and new groups are proposed.

Sign up sheets will be available in the Narthex, or call either Michael Weller at 604-538-9334. If you would like to be part of a group not covered by those listed, it may be possible to start a new group - speak to Michael Weller.

SUNDAY NIGHT at the home of Catherine and Peter Featherstone. Study and start date to be determined.

MONDAY NIGHT in the Family Room at the Church: A 14-week study of REVELATION starts September 14th. Michael Weller leads. Study guides are available. See and hear Jesus Christ in all His glory in this summation of God’s Revelation of Himself in Jesus, foretold throughout the Old Testament and realised in the New Testament.

WEDNESDAY MGHT will see a new group start in the near future at the home of Anne and Clive Field to study the book HOPE LlVES. More information to come.

THURSDAY NIGHT at the home of Michael and Jean Weller, starting at 7.00pm on September 17th. Study guides are available. A DISCIPLESHIP EXPLORED study based on PHILIPPIANS with a 10-minute DVD presentation by Barry Cooper as a follow-up to Christianity Explored.

FRIDAY NIGHT group meets every 2nd week at the home of Michael and Robin Klaver, starting on September 11th. FIREPROOF YOUR MARRIAGE will be the subject.

SATURDAY MORNING, Jonathan Blanchard holds a drop in BREAKFAST MEETING FOR MEN at the Pantry restaurant. Starts September 12th, with the study to be determined.

UPCOMING, a study for the College and Career age group will be established. Check with the parish for more information.
