Today, we begin a sermon series called The Cheerleaders You Need in Your Life. We will consider the great cloud of witnesses who support us and encourage us through our lives. Two of the greatest of these witnesses to God’s love and providence are Sarah and Abraham - our parents in faith. I wonder how these ancient spiritual ancestors still reveal to us the presence of God in our lives.
